ISO Certification
In July 2008, The Geo Group's Quality Management System was audited against ISO 9001:2000 and found to be compliant. This marks the successful end of a remarkable internal effort capturing and formalizing The Geo Group's translation-related processes.
Since customer service and continual improvement have always been ingrained at The Geo Group, this does not necessarily mean that our customers will notice significant changes. However, with formal processes in place and ample documentation, we hope to make our commitment to quality more visible and also auditable.
Our customers can expect thorough work and quality results. Our internal checks will catch errors before our products are delivered, and we invite our customers to integrate their own review into our process. This way we can all be assured that we meet or exceed the expectations and satisfy our customers' needs to 100%.
